Plymouth debian - brak loga

Zainstalowałem sobie plymouth. Wg. instrukcji http://bloglinux.pl/2010/11/instalacja-plymouth-debian-squeeze/. Zadziałało na tyle, że podczas ładowania i wyłączania się systemu nie ma wpisów, jest elegancki pasek postępu, ale nie ma loga (bo raczej być chyba powinno solar i inne tak samo wygląda)

Ktoś wie jak to rozwiązać ?

Po zmianie skórki plymoutha trzeba jeszcze uruchomić update-initramfs, o czym ten poradnik najwyraźniej nie wspomina.

Jeżeli masz wiele różnych kerneli, uruchamiaj tak:

Więcej problemów z plymouthem sobie nie przypominam. Zainstalowałem z paczki, ustawiłem skórkę jaką chcę (korzystam z jednej z tych), dodałem co trzeba w konfiguracji GRUB-a, zaktualizowałem GRUB-a oraz initramfs i bangla. Bardzo bezproblemowy program.

Niestety zaczął się sypać też przy wyłączaniu.

Zrobiłem jak mówiłeś. Nic to nie zmieniło. Podczas wykonywania koend pojawiły się następujące komunikaty:

Ten plik znajdziesz w pakiecie firmware-realtek (w sekcji non-free). Ale realtek zajmuje się kartami sieciowymi, więc nie powinno to mieć wpływu na Twój problem.

Poniższy skrypt służy do testowania Plymoutha bez restartowania komputera. Uruchamiaj go jako root.
