Problem z instalacją Transcode

Mam problem z zainstalowaniem karty radiowej do netu firmy Realtec. Wiecie jak można to zrobić?

Próbóje zainstalować transcode-1.0.2, lecz po wydaniu polecenia ./configure wywala mi następującą treść

ERROR: requirement failed: cannot compile ffmpeg/avcodec.h

transcode with this configure script.

wydaje wtedy polecenie:

cvs -z9 -d:pserver:anonymous@mplayerhq.hu:/cvsroot/ffmpeg co ffmpeg

które pobiera część z tych plików, jednak nawet kiedy pliki znajdują się w odpowiednim miejscu, wyświetla się komunikat o ich braku.
Jeśli któś potrafił by odpowiedzieć jak pozbyć się tego problemu z góry dziękuje.
