- Go to chrome://flags/#disable-accelerated-video-decode
- Change this option to "Enabled" (which disables Hardware Video Decode)
- Click the "Restart Chrome" button at the bottom of the page.
If this fails to work, please comment again with the chrome://gpu/ information after making the switch.

PS: Nie używam flash playera, tylko HTML5.
