Nie działa KDE w Kubuntu 16.04

Mam Kubuntu 16.04 i po niechcacym odłączeniem zasilania nie działa Kde i włącza się Grub a jest tylko Kubuntu i włącza się shell i kiedy wpisałem sh start init 5:
pierwsze polecenie:
Mount:mouting sysf on /sys failed:Device or resource busy
Mount:mounting proc on /proc failed:device or resource busy
Mount: mounting udev/dev failed:Device or resource busy
W:devtmpfs not avalbie,falling back to tmpsf for /dev Gave up waiting for root device. Common problems:
-Boot args(cat /proc/cmdline)
-Check rootdelay=(did the system wait long enough?)
Check root=(did the system wait for the right device?)
-Missing modules (cat/proc/modules/; ls /dev)
Alert! /dev/disk/by-uuid/49757747-c68d-4af1-a71a-895b2b998bda does not exist. Dropping to a shell!
