Witam serdecznie. kupiłem kamerę panasonic hc-v770, dedykowane oprogramowanie jest tylko w wersji na windows (HD Writer AE5.2). poszukuję oprogramowania najlepiej na linux mint 17.1, które umożliwi mi przechwycenie filmów bezpośrednio z kamery. Jakoś nie mogę się doszukać programów, które taki przechwyt zrobią

Podłącz kamerę do kompa z Linuksem i wrzuć wynik działania poleceń:
dmesg | tail -n50
lsusb

Ja dotąd miałem styczność z kamerami podpinanymi przez FireWire i nie było żadnych problemów. Jeżeli Twoja kamera udostępnia zbliżony interfejs po USB, to zadziałają wszystkie programy do edycji nieliniowej (np pitivi, kino, cinelerra czy openshot). Jeżeli nie - cóż... Zostaje praca offline z na karcie wyjętej z kamery.

Więc tak:
1/ Żaden sterownik podsystemu video się nie zgłosił po kamerę
2/ Kamera zgłasza się jako dysk (czytnik karty w niej), więc teoretycznie powinieneś zobaczyć zarejestrowane wcześniej filmy.
3/ Kamera próbuje pokazać jeszcze coś ("can't set config #1, error -110"), ale nie może się dogadać z kernelem. To jest prawdopodobnie prywatny protokół Panasonika do rozmowy z tą kamerą.

Wklej dla spokoju wynik "lsusb -vvv" (pokaże to dokładne ifo, jak ta kamera przedstawia się na magistrali USB), ale raczej nic z tego nie będzie. Klasyczny vendor lock-in: Panasonic zrobił własny podprotokół na USB i nie dał dokumentacji - a wtedy ludzie od Linuksa choćby się wściekli, nic nie zrobią.

Hehe, wydawało mi się rzeczą oczywistą, że chodziło mi o uruchomienie tego polecenia z podłączoną kamerą...

I prośba, pełną wersję wrzuć na serwis np. PasteBin a tu wklej linka.
