Podłącz ją do innego portu i sprawdź, czy tam też nie działa.
Sprawdź w innym komputerze, jeśli masz możliwość.
Na koniec wklej tu w znacznikach code polecenie

Sprawdzałem na wszystkich portach usb na swoim kompie i nic. Na drugim komputerze gdzie jest ubuntu tez nie działa.

Z pobieżnego przejrzenia sieci wynika, że to bardzo kiepski model win-myszy.
Sugestie jakie znalazłem to włączenie i wyłączenie kilkukrotne myszy do portu usb, za którymś razem niby powinna zaskoczyć (10-15, fuck!).
Posiadasz USB 3.0? W sieci sugerują korzystać z 2.0.

Bardziej kompleksowego rozwiązania nie znalazłem - może wypowie się ktoś bardziej obcykany w tym temacie, ew. jutro pogrzebie głębiej.

Z tymi komunikatami z dmesg to zaszalałeś :)
Odłacz myszkę, wyczyść komunikaty kernela przez 'dmesg -c' (trzeba jako root albo przez sudo). Następnie podłącz mysz. W dmesgu bedą tylko informacje dotyczące myszy. Wklej na forum.
