Po hibernacji nie restartuje ekranu - system się ładuje, a gdy ma załatować się X to ekran robi się czarny (nie jest w trybie oszczędzania energii).

Hmm u mnie na tą przypadłość, przy tej karcie graficznej, pomogła własnoręczna kompilacja jądra.
Też radzę spróbować

Oczywiście jak zawsze jądro kompiluje własnoręcznie;) w .config jest moja konfiguracja.
